- Extra depth, 28cm, gives this mattress a deeply sumptuous feel that leaves other more shallow mattresses feeling somewhat unsatisfying
- Inside the mattress are 3 unique layers of different memory foam, and two more layers each containing two different types of pocket springs. A series of larger springs ensure the mattress has bounce and push back, while the smaller micro-pocket springs relieve pressure, and provide outrageous comfort no matter what your sleeping position
- The Brook + Wilde mattress uses a unique, wave, design to encourage back support and spinal alignment, bringing relief to sufferers of back pain.
- Choose from a soft, medium or firm comfort level. If you don’t love the firmness level, we will collect and replace with an alternative
- A top layer of breathable cooling foam protects from overheating, and a hypo allergenic cover ensures the perfect nights sleep
- Each mattress is rolled, compressed and delivered in a box. Once the mattress is in your room of choice, its quick and easy to unpack and ready to use within 2 hours
- The mattress is suitable for use on any bedframe, but its recommended that slatted bases have gaps no bigger than 7cm between them
- No turn needed, unlike most mattresses, there is no need to turn the Brook + Wilde mattress. Keep the end with the logo at the foot of the bed

- Delivery is direct from the supplier. Your mattress will be dispatched and delivered within 3-5 working days to most places in mainland UK, however, if you live in a beautiful but remote area, your delivery might take longer. Please note that we deliver to mainland UK only. The day before delivery, you will receive an email advising you of timeslot. The day of delivery, you will receive your confirmed booking slot. 30 minutes before delivery, you will receive a call from the driver. Mattress delivery to your room of choice is free of charge. Items can only be returned if damaged or faulty. All damages and discrepancies must be reported within 14 days of delivery. - You can try your mattress in the comfort of your own home for 100 nights.
- If you would like to activate the 100 Night Comfort Trial, we will exchange your mattress for a different comfort level or refund your order.
- The Trial starts the day you receive your mattress and ends before midnight on the last of the 100 nights.
- For validation, a mattress protector must be used to protect your mattress from stains.
- The Trial is only available once per customer/household.
- Mattress exchanges are subject to a small exchange fee of 30 pound

- Place your order by 7pm Monday to Friday to get it the next working day
- Orders placed between 7pm Friday - 2pm Sunday will be delivered on Monday, unless delivery is to the following postcodes, in which case, the order will be delivered on Tuesday; BT, TR, PL, EX, IoM, TD, ML, KA, EH, G, KY, FK, PA, PH, DD. AB, IV
Please note – Our Next Day Delivery service to the following postcodes is will always be two working days, instead of one: HS2, KW 16-17, PA61 -PA75, PA78, PH30, PH41-44, ZE 2-3
Delivery Times:
Our delivery dates vary depending on whether our suppliers need to deliver stock to our warehouse after you have purchased. You will find the delivery date for each sale displayed on the sale and product page, and at the checkout stage.
Items available to us right away will be dispatched within 1-2 days and delivered to you within 2-3 days. On occasion, the time frames may vary, however this will be made clear on selected items.
Please note that if you have ordered items from one or more of our sales, we will automatically split ship your order if certain items become available before others
Ireland & The Channel Islands:
All orders are eligible for our standard delivery option where a fixed fee of £7.95 applies. Orders to the Channel Islands will be delivered in 2-4 days, orders to the Republic of Ireland will be delivered in 7-10 days. Sadly, we are unable to offer Next Day Delivery to Ireland or the Channel Islands.
Returns
You will have 60 days to return your parcel back to us from the date of delivery. All items returned must be unused with labels in-tact, and in their original packaging. Unfortunately, due to the way we manage stock within our warehouse, we are unable to offer exchanges.
