Description
Carving Knife:
- The Global SAI carving knife and is perfectly suited for the task. It has a long narrow blade suitable for carving even slices of your favourite joint. It is quite a substantial knife with a lot of presence and is best suited towards larger cuts of meat. The knife has quite a similar profile to the chefs knives and can be used as a multi purpose slicing knife.

- The GNC Carving Fork will hold your meat firmly in place whilst you carve your meat. The carving fork features smooth contours and sharp points designed both to hold the meat in place and check that it is cooked properly.

- A perfect cutting board that is highly recommend for your Global Knives not only for the aesthetics but because it has been designed and tested to handle the sharp edge of a Global Knife by not being scratched easily.
- Considering that your Global knives will last for up to 40 years if maintained correctly, you would definitely want a board to match that set.
- You will find side panels with a moulded handle that allows you to securely move it around. It is also naturally antibacterial and water resistant so you can continue to enjoy the beautiful grain of the wood without worrying about damage to it.

Delivery Times:
Our delivery dates vary depending on whether our suppliers need to deliver stock to our warehouse after you have purchased. You will find the delivery date for each sale displayed on the sale and product page, and at the checkout stage.
Items available to us right away will be dispatched within 1-2 days and delivered to you within 2-3 days. On occasion, the time frames may vary, however this will be made clear on selected items.
Please note that if you have ordered items from one or more of our sales, we will automatically split ship your order if certain items become available before others
Ireland & The Channel Islands:
All orders are eligible for our standard delivery option where a fixed fee of £7.95 applies. Orders to the Channel Islands will be delivered in 2-4 days, orders to the Republic of Ireland will be delivered in 7-10 days. Sadly, we are unable to offer Next Day Delivery to Ireland or the Channel Islands.
Returns
You will have 60 days to return your parcel back to us from the date of delivery. All items returned must be unused with labels in-tact, and in their original packaging. Unfortunately, due to the way we manage stock within our warehouse, we are unable to offer exchanges.
