This phone is offered with a 12 Month 'Repair-or-Replace' Warranty.
This item will be delivered directly from our supplier. Please ensure you provide a mobile phone number and email with your order as you will receive a message email or call from the courier with delivery information and times.
You can return your order within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Please note non faulty returns will incur a collection fee from the supplier.
All damages and discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
If phone develops a fault within 30 days you are welcome to a full refund or a replacement phone within 72 hours.
If phone develops a fault after 30 days the supplier is unable to offer a refund, however, they will offer a replacement phone within 72 hours.
Goods should be returned in their original packaging.
UK Mainland delivery only, some areas may incur an additional charge. A delivery fee of GBP 9.95 will be added to your basket at checkout.

Delivery Times:

Our delivery dates vary depending on whether our suppliers need to deliver stock to our warehouse after you have purchased. You will find the delivery date for each sale displayed on the sale and product page, and at the checkout stage.

Items available to us right away will be dispatched within 1-2 days and delivered to you within 2-3 days. On occasion, the time frames may vary, however this will be made clear on selected items.

Please note that if you have ordered items from one or more of our sales, we will automatically split ship your order if certain items become available before others

Ireland & The Channel Islands:

All orders are eligible for our standard delivery option where a fixed fee of £7.95 applies. Orders to the Channel Islands will be delivered in 2-4 days, orders to the Republic of Ireland will be delivered in 7-10 days. Sadly, we are unable to offer Next Day Delivery to Ireland or the Channel Islands.

Returns

You will have 60 days to return your parcel back to us from the date of delivery. All items returned must be unused with labels in-tact, and in their original packaging. Unfortunately, due to the way we manage stock within our warehouse, we are unable to offer exchanges.
