All damages and discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Goods should be returned in their original packaging where possible. All mattresses supplied by the Supplier will benefit from a 200 Night Sleep Trial in terms not materially different than those set out in the Supplier’s e-commerce website Terms and Conditions (which may be reviewed at https://simbasleep.com/pages/terms) at Clause 8B of those Terms and Conditions, save that the extended right of cancellation shall be for 200 days.
Simba guarantees to replace any mattress (excluding cot mattress) which exhibits a material defect, as may be determined by Simba’s independent inspection agent, within 10 years of the delivery date, subject to the full terms set out at Clause 12 https://simbasleep.com/pages/terms

Delivery Times:

All orders are eligible for our standard delivery option, which has a fixed fee of £7.95. Orders to the Channel Islands can be delivered via express delivery (£9.50) in 2 days or within 3-4 days using our standard delivery. Orders to the Republic of Ireland will be delivered within 7-10 days.
