The PFAS free, 3-ply ceramic non-stick coating heats up quickly and evenly and provides easy food release. This beautifully crafted saute pan from KitchenAid has a sturdy, cast stainless steel handle with a special V-shape to keep the handle cool. A helper handle and glass lid is also included. This forged hardened aluminium saute pan from KitchenAid is dishwasher safe although hand washing is recommended for longevity.
