Description
The Nova - 3m x 2m Banana Hanging Umbrella - Grey is a brilliant cantilever parasol that offers shade to your chosen area to protect from the sun's harmful UV rays and create a cool area for you and your guests. The parasol is erected via a crank handle which is attached to the canopy arm for easy reach. There is also a quick release pin which controls the parasols tilt mechanism, allowing you to tilt the canopy to many different angles. We suggest that the parasol is kept closed when not in use or in windy conditions to preserve the condition of the parasol. We also recommend that this cantilever parasol is used in conjunction with a sofa set or a casual dining set and is combined with suitable weights to support the parasol (not included).
Please ensure you provide a mobile phone number with your order as you will receive a message email or call from the courier with delivery information and times. You can return your order for any reason within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. All damages and discrepancies aside from those clearly highlighted must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Please note that nonfaulty returns will incur a collection fee of £75 the supplier which will be deducted from your refund. Goods should be returned in their original packaging where possible. UK Mainland delivery only.

Delivery Times:
Our delivery dates vary depending on whether our suppliers need to deliver stock to our warehouse after you have purchased. You will find the delivery date for each sale displayed on the sale and product page, and at the checkout stage.
Items available to us right away will be dispatched within 1-2 days and delivered to you within 2-3 days. On occasion, the time frames may vary, however this will be made clear on selected items.
Please note that if you have ordered items from one or more of our sales, we will automatically split ship your order if certain items become available before others
Ireland & The Channel Islands:
All orders are eligible for our standard delivery option where a fixed fee of £7.95 applies. Orders to the Channel Islands will be delivered in 2-4 days, orders to the Republic of Ireland will be delivered in 7-10 days. Sadly, we are unable to offer Next Day Delivery to Ireland or the Channel Islands.
Returns
You will have 60 days to return your parcel back to us from the date of delivery. All items returned must be unused with labels in-tact, and in their original packaging. Unfortunately, due to the way we manage stock within our warehouse, we are unable to offer exchanges.
