This Le Creuset stoneware dish is a kitchen essential. Care Instructions:

Before first use, wash the stoneware item in hot, soapy water then rinse and dry thoroughly
Do not use any stoneware piece on the stovetop or any other direct heat source
Do not place frozen stoneware in a preheated oven. Remove it from the freezer and place in a cold oven, then set the temperature, allowing the stoneware and oven to heat together
Never leave fully immersed in water
