It is made from 3mm thick carbon steel with a nitrocarburising process applied for increased durability and resistance to corrosion and abrasion.

• Care instructions: Hand washing is recommended. Before first use: Wash the griddle pan with a soft sponge, hot water, mild soap or detergent and dry it thoroughly. Then grease the interior with cooking oil and place it over heat for 1 to 2 minutes. Finally, remove excess oil with absorbent paper towels and dry it to prevent staining. Your product is ready to be used! Avoid using abrasive cleaning products and dry it well before storing.
