Guarantee: 60 Night Trial - So how does it work? Buy a TEMPUR mattress from Brandalley & TEMPUR will deliver and set it up in your home. Sleep on your new mattress for 60 nights to get used to the amazing comfort and support it offers. (In taking part in a home trial you agreed to keep your mattress for a minimum of 40 nights to adapt to the unique feel of TEMPUR .) If you're not happy, contact The BrandAlley Customer Service team, they will work with you to answer your questions and resolve your concerns. If, after at least 40 nights (remember you have 60 to be absolutely sure), you would like to exchange for another feel of TEMPUR product you can do so once. Alternatively if we can't find a way to make you happy, we'll take the mattress back and reimburse your purchase price*. *T&C Apply - This trial is available only for TEMPUR mattress orders placed directly with BrandAlley. In taking part in this trial, you agree to use a breathable protector to prevent your mattress becoming unnecessarily stained or soiled. This trial will apply to any standard sized TEMPUR mattress listed on the BrandAlley website. Bedding items are not covered by this trial. UK Mainland Delivery Only This item will be delivered directly from our supplier. Please ensure you provide a mobile phone number with your order, as you will receive a message, email or call from the courier with delivery information and times. The TEMPUR Logistics Team take great pride in delivering your order to you, but sometimes other factors affect our service. TEMPUR UK cannot be held responsible for losses incurred by cancellations or delays due to mechanical breakdown, adverse traffic conditions, or extreme weather. Be assured they will get to you as soon as it is safe to do so. You can return your order for any reason within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. All damages and discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of delivery. TEMPUR will deliver to mainland UK addresses only. The destinations that aren't include but are not limited to: Scilly Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands*, and all other UK destinations where access is restricted/prevented by tides/ water or other natural or man-made barriers. Arrangements for the onward transportation to your off-shore address is entirely your responsibility as the purchaser. We cannot assume any liability for damage or delays by your third party shippers. Likewise the freight cost of any unwanted items or returns must also be borne by you. Cancellations can be requested through BrandAlley but not always guaranteed (Dependent on order timeline). Please do not dispose of your old bed or mattress until the new one arrives and you are happy with it.

Delivery Times:

Our delivery dates vary depending on whether our suppliers need to deliver stock to our warehouse after you have purchased. You will find the delivery date for each sale displayed on the sale and product page, and at the checkout stage.

Items available to us right away will be dispatched within 1-2 days and delivered to you within 2-3 days. On occasion, the time frames may vary, however this will be made clear on selected items.

Please note that if you have ordered items from one or more of our sales, we will automatically split ship your order if certain items become available before others

Ireland & The Channel Islands:

All orders are eligible for our standard delivery option where a fixed fee of £7.95 applies. Orders to the Channel Islands will be delivered in 2-4 days, orders to the Republic of Ireland will be delivered in 7-10 days. Sadly, we are unable to offer Next Day Delivery to Ireland or the Channel Islands.

Returns

You will have 60 days to return your parcel back to us from the date of delivery. All items returned must be unused with labels in-tact, and in their original packaging. Unfortunately, due to the way we manage stock within our warehouse, we are unable to offer exchanges.
