Made from a TEMPUR envelope containing thousands of medium feel TEMPUR Material micro-cushions, the Comfort Pillow Original provides plush comfort whilst still maintaining that all so important pressure relief.

Other Information: The TEMPUR Comfort Pillow Original combines the pressure-relieving comfort and support of TEMPUR in a familiar rectangular pillow design. Just so you can get really comfortable, dress it up in your favourite bed linen as it fits easily in to a standard pillow case, then fluff and puff it just the way you want it.

The TEMPUR Logistics Team take great pride in delivering your order to you, but sometimes other factors affect our service. TEMPUR UK cannot be held responsible for losses incurred by cancellations or delays due to mechanical breakdown, adverse traffic conditions, or extreme weather. Be assured they will get to you as soon as it is safe to do so. You can return your order for any reason within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. All damages and discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of delivery. TEMPUR will deliver to mainland UK addresses only. The destinations that aren't include but are not limited to: Scilly Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands*, and all other UK destinations where access is restricted/prevented by tides/ water or other natural or man-made barriers. Arrangements for the onward transportation to your off-shore address is entirely your responsibility as the purchaser. We cannot assume any liability for damage or delays by your third party shippers. Likewise the freight cost of any unwanted items or returns must also be borne by you. Cancellations can be requested through BrandAlley but not always guaranteed (Dependent on order timeline).

Delivery Times:

Our delivery dates vary depending on whether our suppliers need to deliver stock to our warehouse after you have purchased. You will find the delivery date for each sale displayed on the sale and product page, and at the checkout stage.

Items available to us right away will be dispatched within 1-2 days and delivered to you within 2-3 days. On occasion, the time frames may vary, however this will be made clear on selected items.

Please note that if you have ordered items from one or more of our sales, we will automatically split ship your order if certain items become available before others

Ireland & The Channel Islands:

All orders are eligible for our standard delivery option where a fixed fee of £7.95 applies. Orders to the Channel Islands will be delivered in 2-4 days, orders to the Republic of Ireland will be delivered in 7-10 days. Sadly, we are unable to offer Next Day Delivery to Ireland or the Channel Islands.

Returns

You will have 60 days to return your parcel back to us from the date of delivery. All items returned must be unused with labels in-tact, and in their original packaging. Unfortunately, due to the way we manage stock within our warehouse, we are unable to offer exchanges.
