- Delivery to UK Mainland and Wales only.
- We'll contact you to arrange a convenient date and time for delivery and the specialist delivery drivers will deliver and construct your new sofa.
- Non-faulty returns must be reported within 5 days of delivery if a collection is required. If so, items must come back in their original packing otherwise the supplier is unable to accept the return.
- If you are unsure whether you will be keeping the item at the time the delivery takes place then please make sure to request that the items are delivered being kept in their original packaging. The couriers will take the packaging away unless you request it is left with you so please ensure you follow these instructions carefully otherwise you might not be able to return your item.
- The return will also incur a collection fee of 50 GBP per item from the supplier - plus the courier fees which will depend on the items delivered.
- All damages and discrepancies must be reported on the couriers paperwork and to us within 2 days of delivery.
- Orders can be cancelled if not despatched with no charge.

Express delivery
Why not choose to upgrade your order to express delivery for items that are immediately available? Here's how it works:
- - Place your order by 6pm Monday to Friday to get it the next working day
- - Orders placed between 6pm on Friday and 2pm on Sunday will be delivered on Monday, unless delivery is to the following postcodes, in which case, the order will be delivered on Tuesday; BT, TR, PL, EX, IoM, TD, ML, KA, EH, G, KY, FK, PA, PH, DD. AB, IV
Please note express delivery to the following postcodes is always two working days: HS2, KW 16-17, PA61 -PA75, PA78, PH30, PH41-44, ZE 2-3
Next day delivery costs £7.50 for deliveries to Mainland UK.
Sadly, we are unable to offer next day delivery to Ireland or the Channel Islands.
