Please ensure you provide a mobile phone number with your order, as you will receive a message, email or call from the courier with delivery information and times. You can return your order anytime for a full refund within the 200 Night Trial period Emma offers if your purchase does not meet your satisfication. All damages and discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Goods should be returned in their original packaging where possible. Please do not dispose of your old bed or mattress until the new one arrives and you are happy with it.

Express delivery
Why not choose to upgrade your order to express delivery for items that are immediately available? Here's how it works:

Items available to us right away will be delivered to you within 2-4 days and when it will take longer, the delivery dates are made clear throughout your order journey.
