Assembly Service delievery includes:

• The delivery destination must be level and safe for the crew to navigate around (we will not assemble around hot tubs or large none moving equipment that could cause health and safety issues).
• It’s imperative that customers have checked the dimensions thoroughly before purchasing one of our Pergolas to ensure the area they intend for the Pergola to be installed is suitable.
• Should installation be required our installation team are experienced in building our Pergolas and will agree with the customer exactly where they want the Pergola to go, the direction of roof louvres before the installation commences and give their advice where needed.
• We do not fix the column bottom plates to the concrete this will need to be done/organised by the customer.
• Once built no changes can be made to the structure and the Pergola cannot be moved therefore our team will ensure they know exactly what the customer is expecting.
• The team will take images of the completed Pergola build and the customer will be expected to be present to sign off the build as complete.

You can return your order for any reason within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. All damages and discrepancies must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery. Please note, non faulty returns will incur a collection fee from the supplier. Goods should be returned in their original packaging. Assembly and build service included in final price.
