How to Apply:
Apply 1-2 pumps at night after cleansing, avoiding the eye area. Follow with eye cream and nighttime moisturiser. Always wear SPF during the day while using this serum.
First-Time Vitamin A Users
If you're new to retinoids, we would recommend taking a slow, phased approach to A1. To gradually build up tolerance, start by applying the serum twice a week and monitoring how skin reacts before increasing usage. If any irritation or discomfort occurs, consider reducing frequency of use.
Regular Vitamin A Users
If your skin is already acclimatised to the effects of retinoids, apply A1 every night for optimal results. To minimise risks of skin sensitisation, avoid using multiple retinoids simultaneously.

Delivery Times:
Our delivery dates vary depending on whether our suppliers need to deliver stock to our warehouse after you have purchased. You will find the delivery date for each sale displayed on the sale and product page, and at the checkout stage.

Ireland & The Channel Islands:
All orders are eligible for our standard delivery option where a fixed fee of £7.95 applies. Orders to the Channel Islands will be delivered in 2-4 days, orders to the Republic of Ireland will be delivered in 7-10 days. Sadly, we are unable to offer Next Day Delivery to Ireland or the Channel Islands.
Returns
You will have 60 days to return your parcel back to us from the date of delivery. All items returned must be unused with labels in-tact, and in their original packaging. Unfortunately, due to the way we manage stock within our warehouse, we are unable to offer exchanges.
