This item will be delivered directly from our supplier . All damages and discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Goods should be returned in their original packaging where possible. Please do not dispose of your old bed or mattress until the new one arrives and you are happy with it. UK Mainland delivery only.
All mattresses supplied by the Supplier will benefit from a 200 Night Sleep Trial in terms not materially different than those set out in the Supplier’s e-commerce website Terms and Conditions (which may be reviewed at https://simbasleep.com/pages/terms) at Clause 8B of those Terms and Conditions, save that the extended right of cancellation shall be for 200 days.
Simba guarantees to replace any mattress (excluding cot mattress) which exhibits a material defect, as may be determined by Simba’s independent inspection agent, within 10 years of the delivery date, subject to the full terms set out at Clause 12 https://simbasleep.com/pages/terms

Delivery Times:
Our delivery dates vary depending on whether our suppliers need to deliver stock to our warehouse after you have purchased. You will find the delivery date for each sale displayed on the sale and product page, and at the checkout stage.

Ireland & The Channel Islands:
All orders are eligible for our standard delivery option, which has a fixed fee of £7.95. Orders to the Channel Islands can be delivered via express delivery (£9.50) in 2 days or within 3-4 days using our standard delivery. Orders to the Republic of Ireland will be delivered within 7-10 days.
Sadly, we are unable to offer next day delivery to Ireland or the Channel Islands.
