Twitter is the place for anything viral to happen. Salt Bae literally shut down the internet about a year ago (yes, we know you dressed up as him for Halloween) and he was birthed from tweets.
But now another trend has surfaced that we couldn’t be more happy about. Even J.K. Rowling has given her approval of the hashtag. Using the tag, Twitter users are reimagining what the Harry Potter series would be like if it was replaced with an entirely black cast. And we couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome.
From Snoop Dogg to Barack Obama being referenced in this hashtag revolution, it is probably one of the best things so far this year, and we are just so grateful for the internet today. And we already know that you want too see a real film of this come out. Don’t kid yourself; it’d be amazing.
