Who are &SISTERS?
Founded by mother-daughter duo Lucy and Claire Lettice, who, having experienced the shame and hardship that comes with a lack of safe access to period products, created &SISTERS. The niche? Their products are better for our bodies, our planet and arguably the most important, committed to improving the lives of women worldwide – 10% of their profits go to charities to support women’s health, education and economic empowerment.

How are &Sisters products sustainable?
Preserving the planet’s resources is a priority for &SISTERS and their extensive collection of tampons, pads and liners are made from organic cotton that’s grown without the use of harmful fertilisers, herbicides and pesticides. Certified organic by the Soil Association Certified, they are also 100% plastic-free, vegan friendly and biodegradable.
The nüdie cup
As well as sustainable tampons and pads, &SISTERS have pioneered their very own period cup called the nüdie. Uniquely crafted to offer comfort and reassurance to women of all ages, this health cup provides up to 12 hours of protection (the smallest cup has the capacity of three tampons). Made from silky smooth, hypoallergenic medical grade silicon, it’s reusable, latex-free and BPA-free.
