Bon appétit!
Originating from the South of France, the Ratatouille Provençale is an iconic vegetable stew. So it makes sense we’d whip out our favourite kitchen classic, the Le Creuset Cast Iron Casserole Dish, to whip up the hearty dish. Individually cast in sand moulds and hand-crafted at the original French foundry since 1925, Le Creuset casserole dishes are also protected by a lifetime guarantee, they’re that good!
A naturally vegan recipe, traditionally paired with a crusty baguette smothered in salty butter. Ratatouille is one of our favourites for autumn & winter.

For this recipe, we love to use the Round Cast Iron Casserole dish – an essential kitchen classic. What we love about this all-in-one dish is it’s versatility – its suitable for all hob types, including the oven, induction and under the grill.
Le Creuset products are crafted from the finest materials in facilities around the world and the best-in-class cast iron material ensures moisture is locked in, enhancing the flavour of your food too.
