A New Year often means a brand new start. So, to embrace the ‘new me’, my wardrobe is going to undergo a makeover for 2014. One of my favourite items from the Great Plains’ sale is this beautiful printed blouse. The colours very much remind me of springtime and the fabric feels incredibly soft, making the top easy and gentle to wear. I’ve teamed this up with my favourite French Connection leather jacket and leather leggings to create an everyday ‘rock’n’roll’ inspired look.

If your wardrobe is in need of a colour injection, I would recommend this beautiful peachy coloured top.  I love how this top effortlessly covers all the parts us women don’t want everyone seeing. I’m always a little bit self conscious of my muffin top, but this blouse is breathable and also gives you a fabulous slim line silhouette. I’ve teamed this up with my bright pink heels and knitted snood to give a cozy, yet classy look.

The final sale item I love is this wonderful black sheer blouse. For someone who loves dressing up like a ‘rock chick’, this top is definitely for me. I love the softness of the fabric, the fact that the blouse is sheer yet doesn’t show off too much and that it fits like a dream.

This time last week I was a Great Plains’ virgin. I had never tried their clothing and barely heard of the brand, but after trying on just a few of their items I’m converted.
