So, it’s no wonder the British-model-turned-designer has been announced as L’Oreal’s latest international spokesperson for 2018. Alexa Chung will be promoting the Colour me French Parisian Nudes. And yes, it’s probably going to sell out straight away – that truly is the Alexa Chung L’Oreal effect. The salon-only colour technique consists of darker roots and flattering, slightly lighter ends — essentially a subtler take on ombré hair.
With this taking place it’s no wonder that L’Oreal is giving us something new for the start of 2018, and what’s a better way of starting 2018 than with a new hairstyle, right? Alexa has even joked on her own Instagram, saying that she “pretends to be French a lot.” Yes, we’ll be waiting in a queue to get into the salon.
