Channel a bit of Florence Welch this new year and make it a suit this for the 31st December shindig.

By making it a frilly skirt this New Year’s Eve, you’ll be able to go somewhere a little different from your usual dress situation. If you don’t want to plumb for the same old thing again then try an unexpected combination. No one else will be clashing textures and prints so why not have a go at putting sequins with tulle, leather with cashmere or lace with PVC?

Perfect if you want to make a statement but not spend too much money. Inject a bit of the Swinging Sixties by heading to the vintage shops and you’ll be sure to make a bit of a statement this New Year’s Eve. Pair your killer look with some heels, boots, or, our personal favourite, a pair of sneakers…because comfort really is king.
