You will need:
- 1 cup of blueberries
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1/2 cup of plain or non-dairy yogurt
- 1 cup of regular or non-dairy milk
- 1/2 a banana
To make:
Blend together until smooth. If you’re looking for a thicker consistency, add a few ice cubes before blending.

You will need:
- ¼ cup of pineapple, frozen
- 2 kale leaves, de-stemmed
- 1 tbsp of coconut oil or coconut butter
- ½ an avocado
- 1 cup of water or coconut water (or substitute milk or nut milk of choice)
- Optional: 1 tsp of matcha green tea for an extra energy boost
- Optional: ½ cup of full fat plain Greek yogurt to thicken
To make:
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smoothie reaches desired consistency. Feel free to add ice or adjust liquid based on personal preference.
