As we reach the end of our Stop, Rest, Recharge campaign, we wanted to leave you with some delicious smoothie recipes to keep you feeling good all year.

You will need:

  • 1 cup of blueberries
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1/2 cup of plain or non-dairy yogurt
  • 1 cup of regular or non-dairy milk
  • 1/2 a banana

To make:

Blend together until smooth. If you’re looking for a thicker consistency, add a few ice cubes before blending.

You will need:

  • ¼ cup of pineapple, frozen
  • 2 kale leaves, de-stemmed
  • 1 tbsp of coconut oil or coconut butter
  • ½ an avocado
  • 1 cup of water or coconut water (or substitute milk or nut milk of choice)
  • Optional: 1 tsp of matcha green tea for an extra energy boost
  • Optional: ½ cup of full fat plain Greek yogurt to thicken

To make:

Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smoothie reaches desired consistency. Feel free to add ice or adjust liquid based on personal preference.
