LFW is over and what a week it was! Fashionistas were out in force roaming the streets of London and inspiring us to be a little more adventurous in our everyday looks.
We headed down to the exquisite Somerset House to soak up some style and find out what’s going to be hot next year.
Leathers were toughened up with studs and spikes, paying particular attention to the shoulder area. In fact, this trend is clearly very popular as we spotted a spikey headband too (sorry no photo of this one). The androgynous look was seen on both guys and girls and we utterly love how this one item instantly rocks an outfit. Worn with almost anything, it’s a must-have!
Neon still had a hold on us this LFW with bright yellow being a particular favourite with the fashion savvy. From shoes to jumpers and jackets, this colour popped drawing the right attention from all of us there.
Floral fever hasn’t dampened with the cold and we’re sure this botanical print will be seen right through to next year. We love this novel way of working the trend.
Necks got a vajazzle with statement pieces catching our eye. Like magpies we were drawn to the most sparkly, ornate and beautiful pieces, but there were plenty versions to finish off an outfit.
The trend that never seems to date, camouflage was also hot on the most trendy’s lust-list. The casual print never seems far out of fashion.
Can’t wait for Milan and Paris Fashion week…but we think the Brits do it best!
Thanks to all the amazing people we stopped to take photos of their fashion:
