Workout and Health Hacks You’ll Need This January

Ah, the things December does to our waists. What with going to multiple parties, stuffing our faces and drinking just far too much, we can understand if your NY resolution might to be to work out a little more this year. With that in mind, here are a few health and workout hacks to help you along the way.

Cardio

We’re sorry, but this is probably going to be the thing that makes the biggest changes, especially if you’re still finding it hard to burn off those calories whilst you’re still eating New Year’s Eve leftovers.

Don’t fear though! Start small, and allow yourself to be a beginner. Try 15 minutes on the treadmill, rowing machine or bike to get started while still reaping the rewards.

Don’t push yourself more than you can to avoid injury and remember that no one in the gym is looking at you because they’re worrying too much about themselves.
