In 1809, William Bourne set up a clay factory in Derbyshire, working with a small local team. One of the first inventions was the glaze recipe… which gives each design its resistant surface. Having adapted to many cultural changes, Denby has curated a timeless essence in their designs; which are practical and effortlessly stylish.
