When managing director Charles Oliver negotiated a partnership with the one and only Christian Dior in 1954, the menswear label reached new heights overnight. Producing branded cashmere with Dior, Lyle & Scott soon forged collaborations with Chanel, Yves Saint Laurent, Liberty, Bergdorf Goodman and Michael Kors.
