Loewe

Founded on the pillars of leather craft and innovation, Loewe is a Spanish brand that continues to push the boundaries of fashion. Famous in particular for its accessories, this house is currently headed by creative director Jonathon Anderson (of J.W. Anderson.)

Created in 1846, this label is one of the oldest purveyor of luxury goods in the world. At the turn of the twentieth century, the brand was “Supplier to the Royal Court” of Spain. Its handbags made from iguana, crocodile or snakeskin were the ultimate show of sophistication.

In 2013, British wunderkind Jonathon Anderson became the Loewe creative director. The company continues to work out of Spain, though its stores can be found all over the world.

In recent years, the label has launched a new logo inspired by its archive and rich history. The team have since reintroduced the Flamenco and Amazona bags, as well as debuting the new Puzzle Bag.
