Growing up in a big old house in the countryside ensured that Alex had English eccentricity instilled in him. He trained at the Sir John Cass School of Art and created his first collection in 1987. This two-pronged upbringing meant that each piece designed by Alex would be impeccably-made yet humorous.

Traditional jewellery techniques are used in the process of making every single Alex Monroe piece, meaning that each finishing product is totally unique. Sterling Silver, gold-plated or vermeil, each individual piece is a feat of design.

Partner of Liberty of London, Alex has also worked with Buckingham Palace, Nike, The Victoria and Albert Museum, Coco de Mer and so many more. With a flagship store in London Bridge, this is a truly British jeweller.
