In 1992, she reinvented herself as Dita Von Teese, embracing vintage glamour and creative expression through burlesque, using corsets, garter belts and stockings to distinguish herself. Her passion for vintage lingerie continues today, influencing her designs.
In 2012, Dita co-founded her lingerie brand, overseeing every detail, from design to photoshoots. Her collections feature a diverse range of sizes, pushing for body inclusivity long before the body-acceptance movement gained momentum. She made a statement by casting plus-size models and offering a wider size range, showing that beauty and glamour are for everyone.
